Through the last 33 years, Great Lakes Representatives has provided our suppliers with value and gain on investment through understanding the unique requirements of our customer base, pull-through market knowledge, and an established infrastructure of people, systems, and processes. We know and understand our customers, their needs, and how they operate. We believe that the sales process does not end at the corporate buying office and are also focused on training and retailer/consumer support at store level.

Data Analysis

Our Analysts actively work with our Merchant / Replenishment team members, managing our customer scorecards versus your metrics to proactively analyze product and category performance. We use these insights to evaluate the effectiveness of the many promotional opportunities within our account base as well as the core program ensuring that they are in step with category trends. Utilizing these Category Management techniques, we work with our customers to develop strategic planning that will ensure that they maximize potential. This service separates us and our vendors from competition within our accounts and territory.

Field Service Support

Knowing that our services cannot stop at the Merchant’s desk, we provide Field Service Support at all levels attending to our customer’s needs.  Built to propel our vendor’s successes, our services include, but are not limited to, regularly scheduled Store/Department Service, POG Resets, POP maintenance, and customer team member training. This commitment provides our vendors a competitive edge and a favorable posture from everyone at the Store Level to Corporate Management.
